As a specialist Claimant Personal Injury Practice based in Aldershot, North East Hampshire we handle all types of claimant personal injury work.

We currently have a vacancy for a personal injury fee earner to handle a predominantly road traffic accident caseload with prospects for progression to other more varied personal injury work.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience and will ideally have good computer literacy, a working knowledge of the Civil Procedure, be personable and smart and will be able to demonstrate an ability to handle road traffic predictable fee cases with minimal supervision to litigation stages. Previous experience of Conditional fee agreements and ATE insurance will also be an advantage.
