Help for clients of Consumer Credit Litigation Solicitors (CCLS) & Cartel Client Review
Posted by simonPeople claiming through Cartel Client Review and Consumer Credit Litigation (CCLS) left having to find a new Solicitor…help is at hand from Pinto Potts Solicitors
Reports in the Independent newspaper state that law firm Consumer Credit Litigation Solicitors (CCLS) has been shut down by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Current clients of CCLS are being told to look elsewhere for a Solicitor who can help deal with their claim.
Many of the clients now left without a Solicitor will be people pursuing claims for Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) mis-selling and will have been referred to Consumer Credit Litigation Solicitors (CCLS) by a claims company called Cartel Client Review.
It has today (16th March 2010) been reported that Cartel Client Review have closed their doors to new clients, fuelling speculation in the media that they may soon cease trading.
Pinto Potts Solicitors are delighted to announce that we will offer free initial advice to anyone who was pursuing a Payment Protection (PPI) claim through either Cartel Client Review or Consumer Credit Litigation Solicitors and has been left without a Solicitor to run their case for them.
We can also confirm that clients making a Payment Protection Insurance mis-selling claim are never charged any upfront fees through Pinto Potts Solicitors (read more about how we claim back PPI premiums).
In addition to being one of the largest Payment Protection Insurance claims Solicitors in the UK, Pinto Potts have an excellent reputation in many other areas of UK law.
