My daughter aged 8 years was recently on Brownie camp as they were traveling from A to B they passed a field of horses with a mother and foul, according to the female adult in charge at the time, "they approached the horses who seemed friendly enough" and were close to the horses.
Unfortunately Jemma sustained a nasty kick to the face, she was rushed to the local A&E where it was discovered she had lost two of her recently acquired front adult teeth, she was given X rays and seen by a maxillary facial surgeon then discharged with pain relief.
We have recently consulted an implant specialist who has given us advice on treatment.

Any advice you could provide regards claiming compensation would be appreciated

Sincerely Hugh Jones Whyte.
