Here in the UK if a dog bites someone chances are it will be put down, especially if the attack is on a toddler and causes serious injury.

It has been revealed that the number of claims made for injuries sustained whilst working with horses has rocketed in the past five years.
Common injuries have been bites and more often kicks from horses while they have been treated by vets or visited by stable hands.
The danger is very real as a kick from a horse can cause very nasty injuries or even death.
