Pinto Potts Solicitors again find themselves amongst the very elite in the world of personal injury claims with a nomination for Outstanding Case of the Year at the Personal Injury Awards 2008.

The awards ceremony took place on 4th November at London’s Café Royal and Nigel Cragg (Operations Director at Pinto Potts) was proud to represent the firm at such a prestigious event as the Personal Injury Awards.
The case Nigel was nominated for relates to the MIB (Motor Insurers Bureau) untraced driver agreement.
Nigel tells us that “In this case the Accident was reported to the MIB outside the 3 year deadline required by the agreement. Since the client is a child he was held to be unfairly excluded under European Community law and the clause in the agreement declining claims for children that are reported outside the 3 year deadlineheld to be unlawful.”
