We have an experienced and well established Family Law Department which can offer a professional quality service whilst being sympathetic and understanding of your needs in all aspects of Family Law.

We appreciate that when clients are working it is not always easy to make appointments to see solicitors and therefore we offer a service whereby you can e-mail us for a response to general queries or we can offer an initial free half-hour advice session either by e-mail, telephone or you can make an appointment to come into the office. Karin Cox-Putker

Karin is responsible for Family Law work at Pinto Potts.

Karin deals in all areas of family-related disputes, including unmarried families, disputes relating to children, injunction proceedings and brings with her a wealth of experience.

She is a specialist family lawyer, who aims to achieve the best outcome for her clients, she has previously worked for a large legal firm in Surrey and more latterly for a prestigious legal firm in Hampshire.

Karin is a member of the Law Society Family Panel, Resolution and the UK College of Family Mediators.

Karin has amassed a great deal of experience in mediation and passed the stringent requirements set by the Legal Services Commission.

Karin is be supported by Sarah Wright, who is specialised in all areas of family law and qualified Solicitor Cresce Claveria.

Sarah Wright

Sarah Wright is a Senior Matrimonial Assistant who is able to deal with all aspects of Family Law and is able to provide expert advice on all children issues and domestic violence matters as well as financial issues.
